Arquero managing agent are con artists , do not use if on iow highly recomend using an iow company ,they have put fake fees on our managment fees , thet have neglected work to the property causing health issues to residents , they charge us 950 a year for gardeing fee funny thing is there is no communal garden , we beleave we are paying the directors yearly fees , Our prices have doubled since they have taken over we used to pay 90 now just under 180 a month for nothing we have rotten cladding a And broken drains which should come out of our fees but as its not on the directors part of the property its neglected , They didnt hold there annual meeting with residents as we feel they know they are gone once the meeting happens as 4 of the 5 property want them gone for fraudulant cost and neglect to our part of property The amount we pay the property should look good but the front looks run down with rotten cladding , Because of this company and there extortonate fee we cannot sell the property to getaway from them Our oppinion is they are terrible and only work for the directors of the building , not the whole building they need to go,

Arquero management want 138.40 a month from me and all the other 11 apartments in bridge court on the Isle of Wight . The work which is meant to be done on my contract is external windows , internal windows, bike store, bin store cleaned, car park sweeped, hoovering in hallways and and cleaning and maintenance in the hallways, gardening of the tiny two meters of grass,lighting which always remains on which should be sensored and turn on when someone comes in the property not remain on . The only thing done is hallway hoovering which we can do ourselves and saves us all a massive amount of money for that alone ! The grass was cut twice recently only because I complained it was long with lots of weeds, the pricing is a disgrace and none of it is getting done. I am looking at trading standards when I get the chance now .
