Experienced the biggest attitude from a member of staff in the car park today (tall, dark haired guy wearing a headset) His manner was down right over the top and confrontationally aggressive about making a wrong turn. Considering the white arrow on the tarmac is faded, there is no no-entry sign, and every other lane across the car park is 2 way, you would kind of expect people to make the mistake…. Get better car park signage and get this guy some anger management training ASAP. A disgrace to B&Q.

I'm giving 1 star because of the fast food caravan in the parking area. I love it. They have good hamburgers. But as my experience in the main shop I would say they have everything you need (I'll give two more stars for that) but no one ever offered to help or to give me some information. The staff just ignores you walking past compared to other shops when they come to you offering help. You have to ask them. That's something I didn't like about that particular shop
