We moved into our new Bargate home just over a week ago and we couldn’t be happier. Having bought a Bargate home previously in Southampton, we knew the overall quality was very good. I would say our experience at Bishops Meadow has surpassed our previous experience. The quality of the build and the finish is second to none. The design and layout is excellent. The quality of the garden, turf and landscaping has vastly improved. The Sales Team (Especially but not limited to) Charlie and Jonathan has been excellent, sending photos of our property each week and on site visits throughout the build was great. I would highly recommend Bargate as I rarely give 5 stars.

I recently bought a new Bargate home moving in in April 2022. The sales team at Bargate did a great job supporting me throughout the whole process from first walk round at the show home to moving in day and beyond. Every week I got a progress report from them with photos of different aspects of my new home. Jonathan and Charlie were always there on the end of the phone or by email to answer any questions and were happy to help with getting access to measure up for curtains and so on. Since I gave moved in they are in site and happy to help and always with a cheery smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I love my new home it fits my needs perfectly but if I were to move again I would not hesitate to turn to Bargate for my new house

We reserved our property in April 2021 on Bishops Meadow development. Although our property was not going to be ready until later that year, we were so impressed with the development plan, the house design, the quality of the finish and the plot. We decided very quickly that we would reserve the plot as it was everything we were looking for. Our journey with Bargate sales office has been outstanding. We dealt with Charlie, Jonathan and Naomi, who have been excellent, although all the staff have been great. They kept us updated through the whole process from build updates and photos every week. Our site visits were always informative and it was lovely to see the property through all the stages of build. If we had any issues or concerns, they were dealt with promptly and professionally. Our handover of the property was on time and a thorough introduction with Paul was excellent. Overall a ten out of ten experience and we are delighted with our new house.

We moved into our new Bargate home just under a week ago. We reserved our home before the first brick had been laid and I can 100% confirm it has been worth the wait. We are so happy that we purchased a Bargate home. The attention to small details is the difference between a typical new build and a Bargate home. The sales team have been amazing throughout making sure we were continuously updated. Would absolutely recommend! Thanks, Bargate!

We’ve recently moved in to our new home at Bishops Meadow after reserving over a year ago! I remember booking our first appointment with Naomi to arrange a visit to the new development. We instantly fell in love with the location and knew that was where we wanted to live. We asked Naomi for all plots available within our budget which she happily emailed us and we decided on a plot that wouldn’t be ready for another year! We asked if we could reserve and Naomi made it happen for us! The communication over the past year has been excellent as well as the weekly updates that we receive from the team of pictures of our plot from the foundations to our finished home! We dealt with Jonathan and also Charlie as well who have both also been brilliant! They’re such a lovely sales team and the whole process has been amazing for us! We’re now in our lovely new home and have found the communication with the after care team to be just as good! They have been so quick to review and fix any snags. We’ve been seriously impressed with the entire process and love our new home!
