What an amazing service we have had from Adrian of Bird Property Services. From start to finish, he has been reliable, trustworthy, friendly, respectful and tidy. Adrian skilfully and professionally transformed the whole downstairs of our house following some building work. He shows pride in his work, and pays great attention to detail, so in every room our decorating has been done to an exceptionally high standard. We can highly recommend using Bird Property Services and will definitely be using Adrian when we decorate the rest of our house.

A great quality job with a superb finish. Adrian pays lots of attention to the small details and was very happy to solve a few issues I had to complete this hall, stairs, landing and bathroom decorating project ahead of carpet being fitted. Always on time, no dramas and a pleasure to have working in our house. We will be back and thanks again!

Had the lounge and hallway decorated and was very pleased with how neat and tidy Adrian was. I can recommend how little dust there was after he had to plaster one of the walls and used his dust free unit to sand it down. Can throughly recommend Bird Property Services and will definitely use again.
