Dan & team finished a 2-story extension and complete renovation of my property a few months ago. I'm absolutely delighted with the result! Dan had plenty of challenges to deal with during the building works - a 3 month delay to the start due to electricity works, which he was extremely flexible about. We lived in the property throughout, and Dan made sure we always had water, electricity and a place to work and sleep. The team was really tidy and would clean up daily. Both Dan, Amy and the team were so approachable and easy to discuss the works with, get advice on what products to get and to solution any issues. The improvement to the house is unbelievable! I would definitely recommend.

We cannot recommend DC construction enough! Dan and his team were brilliant from start to finish. We employed Dan to re-do our shoddy loft conversion by lifting the roof and adding a huge side dormer. Dan made suggestions throughout the job to help improve the build, kept us updated on timescales and overcame horrendous weather conditions cause by storms Brendan & Ciara. The whole team we’re professional, polite and extremely tidy. We honestly can not fault them! We are already recommending DC Construction to friends and family. Thank you again, Dan.

Wow what can we say ...... what a journey we have been on with Dan and his team at DC-Construct. Dan started our single storey wrap around extension at the beginning of February 2020 (Which turned out to be one of the wettest months on record !) unfortunately due to our poor ground conditions the foundations collapsed and flooded! What a nightmare .... Dan expertly turned the situation around merticulously pumping out water and shuttering the trenches. He managed to pick the only dry morning in three weeks to get the concrete poured and the brick work commenced ..... March will be better we said ... 3 weeks later the global pandemic hit and Dan and his team had to down tools. After 8 weeks of regular communications and a plan on how to get back to work safely. Dan came back, some materials were hard to come by - Dan did everything in his power to get the build back on track often travelling far afield to pick up materials, and what a fantastic job he did !!! I can’t recommend Dan and his team highly enough the best tradesman in the business, highly skilled, hardworking, trustworthy, helpful, with a great eye for detail .... the list goes on. Dan saw us through some tough times and I wouldn’t have anyone else work on our house!

We employed DC Construction for a loft conversion. They were recommended to us and Dan and his crew did not disappoint. Always professional, punctual and willing to add ideas as it progressed. He even worked through an issue with the steel that the architect had failed to realize. Overall the quality of work, keeping to the time scale and ease of working with I would highly recommend.
