Eli and his team built a 35sq metre ground floor extension replacing a conservatory on our house, and we are delighted with the results. The build is wooden framed, timber clad, with tiled roof, well insulated, and beautifully finished inside with porcelain tiles and underfloor heating. What's more he completed it cheerfully, professionally and to budget. He dealt really well with the requirements of the building inspector. I highly recommend EM Property Services and cannot fault the quality of their work.

Eli refurbished a village hall meeting room by reconfiguring the room, involved removing a bar area and installing a toilet/washroom and lobby and adding a small kitchen. All work completed well to our spec and we are fully satisfied. no corners cut and professional with high quality workmanship and responsiveness, Also easy to agree changes, Very good experience

During the time that I have owned my London flat, I have had multiple companies deal with several management duties. EPM is vastly superior to all of them. EPM team members - and in particular Eunice, Danielle & Jay- are proactive, rigorous, responsive, and courteous. Maintenance issues are flagged and addressed quickly and sensibly in order of priority. They have a sound collaborative approach marked by high professionalism and low egos.

E M services built from scratch a pedestrian door into my garage, which needed to open outwards (this they sourced). The work looks great, they were professional and very tidy, down to sweeping the garage out afterwards. I was very pleased with their work.
