I would like to send a massive 'Thank you' to all the team at E. Williams Landscapes. All were unstinting in their work in redesigning, what was, a large and quite chaotic garden. The redesigning process was really impressive, because, quite honestly, I wasn't sure what would work. The re-working of our small drive, the landscaping of our bumpy grass into the laying of a beautifully turfed lawn and the planting of trees and shrubs was all done, seemingly, so effortlessly. Everything was left brilliantly tidy. Thanks guys.

I have used E Williams Landscapes for several years now, for garden landscaping overhauls and continued on going maintenance work. I have never been anything other than delighted with the work undertaken and the attitude and punctuality of the team. Everyone on the team, from the gardeners to the office staff, are always polite, friendly, professional and courteous.

In a challenging landscape they completed a first class installation, and we now have a garden to be proud of and we look forward to having the team commence phase 2 of the garden this Autumn. DO NOT USE The worst experience I have ever had with customer service and knowledge in their industry. These "gardeners" completed our garden. A 2 week job took them 8 weeks to complete. The decking ended up being built so badly. They used the wrong screws, the wrong parts and it ended up just falling apart a few months later. Eventually after numerous attempts we managed to convince them to come round to have a look. They tried to tell us it was our fault for walking on the decking too much. Eventually they admitted it was their error and not built correctly and they would rectify it and ordered replacement decking for the areas that was broken. 3 times the replacement decking turned up each time it was the wrong colour. It was incredible. My decking is white by the way. Eventually they promised us the right colour has been ordered and will be fitted. Well, guess what, me and my wife came home from work and they have fitted yellow decking to replace the broken white parts. We emailed right away and their story now is that the yellow decking will fade over time to the white colour it should be and have washed their hand with us. This is completely untrue. In short, if you would like professionals do not use this company. They have offered us nothing in terms of a solution to our issue and refuse to help us any further. We are left with decking that is yellow and white and looks ridiculous.
