Over the past 5 weeks I have been waiting for the order that I placed to be fulfilled. Eventually I received the roof tiles but I am still awaiting the 17 eave bars so that I can start laying the roof tiles. The manager informed my wife, when she phoned to find out where all of our order was, that it would be delivered by 9.30 last Monday, this included the eave bars. Nonetheless, Monday arrived and by midday no delivery had been made! My wife rang to find out what had happened. The manager was not at work, the worker that she spoke to said that he had not told my wife that the items we had purchased would be delivered and he repeated this and that he had not been at work the previous week. Also, they were short staffed!? He was told to get the items we had paid for delivered. Monday afternoon saw part of our order delivered, apparently the 17 eave bars could not found although they were at the IOW warehouse when the manager was spoken to. Where are they? Despite being told that we would be phoned to update us when our order will be fulfilled that phone call has not been received. I will have to phone yet again to find out what when the eave bars are going to be delivered. The quality of the product is very good but the staff seem to be indifferent to there customers especially when it comes to keeping customers like me informed.

Very annoyed with this company, we ordered a roof Pod which we have waited ages for and they sent us the wrong one, they was very quick collecting the wrong one because there was another unhappy customer somewhere else waiting for the one wrongly delivered to me. They promised my roof pod would be delivered the following Friday as they only do one trip a week, not ideal as I've waited ages and need it now but we are all human, so the following Friday arrives And....... it hasn't turned up, we've had no communication at all from Eurocell and I've waited in all afternoon, what a complete joke, I won't be using Eurocell in the future after this.

What a breath of fresh air. From the point of enquiry to delivery of 3 x new double glazed windows, dealing with Eurocell in Newport has been a pleasure. Very reasonable prices, excellent, efficient and rapid service from start to finish. They returned my calls and emails promptly and simply can't do enough for you. 5 stars really not enough. Thanks to Roger, Joe and team. First class.

Using soffit boards to line cabin of older boat. Euro cell have good website and paying and arranging delivery to where I needed items was easy. Prices are competitive and delivery was next working day.
