I used Fox & Sons to sell a property using the 'Modern Method of Auction' at their recommendation, so actually I was in contract with the Auctioneer rather than the Estate Agent direct. However, that didn't seem to affect the friendly and efficient service provided by Amy and Megan at Fox's, and as I lived some distance from the property, they handled all the viewings, which all went very smoothly. Apart from the final sale being an online auction, Fox's seemed to fulfil all the other usual Estate Agent duties, and did them very efficiently.

Bought my first house through Fox and Sons and their help to find process and I cannot fault them, they showed me loads of houses and found my dream home and made buying an enjoyable process!
