Being new to the island I thought it would be cost and time efficient to employ this company for a damp survey and for renovations using their recommended contractors when required. The damp survey and some renovation work was good, the electrical company recommended by them was excellent but it went downhill from there with the gas heating engineer recommended (and therefore trusted by me) leaving me with additional expense to put right his work. They sent a long awaited quote for a roof repair five times more in comparison to quotes I got recently by other companies and the quote for bathroom items, sink, bath shower etc not including the labour was laughable. Although very helpful when I was considering passing work their way absolutely no support when I outlined my concerns with regard to the heating engineer - not even a reply to my email or a reply to an additional one cancelling all future potential contracts and explaining why. So if you've got money to burn, don't care about the standard of their contractors and are happy to accept a company that don't respond if you have a problem then go for it otherwise I'd suggest there are other companies on this island far more appropriate.
