Worse company ever turn up when they like don't communicate listen or even do the job properly still waiting on broke. Thermostat now boiler isn't working attitude to fix it is shocking would never use or recommend to anyone not even my worse enemy. Also lie tell us one thing and landlord another poor poor service

I am a tenant and liberty gas have attended my property 3 times in one week and bombarded with txt messages to say when a engineer will be turning up despite having booked an appointment for a set date and phone calls i still receive A threatening letting i will be taking this complaint much further .

Worst experience - They leave the elderly with no hot water or central heating a broken boiler and can't give a timescale for a simple call back. SHOCKING !

I had a lovely experience with this engineer! DREW was very professional with his work and fixed my boiler problem very well. He had a lovely personality to chat whilst he was working providing amazing customer service skills and a contagious positive energy! If I was his boss I would defintley give him a bonus at the end of the month as he did an excellent job.

Our boiler is still faulty, first time reported was over 2 years ago. December last year 2016, liberty group engineer attended for Gas Inspection, he reported a leak in the boiler, nothing was done about it. On Thursday the 26th October 2017, another Engineer came to inspect and found the famous leak again, no surprise there as the leak wouldn't have cured itself after almost a year, it got worst indeed. He ordered the part. Today another Engineer came to fit the part and resolve the issue but found that there was more to it. He ordered another part and left us again with no hot water... How many visits more you need to get this right? Do you need a hand? I suggest you subcontract to professionals to sort out your mess before you get people killed. Your competence is questionable. Your processes are shambles.
