Everything started great. Quick response to the initial email and the home visit. After that it couldn’t have gone more downhill. Couldn’t get a straight answer to simple questions. Took weeks to get a response to any emails. Provided incorrect quotes, costing for additional build work that we didn’t need or ask for. We even offered to help cover the estimating costs, after they’d messed up the submission, as we did want to use OakStone. They refused to be flexible and eventually we gave up and went elsewhere.
