Richard and his lovely team have done a great job completely remodelling my kitchen and fitting it out, including carrying out structural works. They have carried out this work to a very good standard. All the team were a pleasure to have on site, very courteous. Communications were very good all along. I was kept informed about progress throughout. I would definitely be very happy to recommend Richard. After several failed attempts to find a builder to work on our project, luckily someone recommended Rich to us and we soon had our old separate Kitchen/Dining Room transformed into a new kitchen. From our first contact to the final goodbye, Rich (and his team) did an amazing job and we can't recommend him enough.

Richard and his team are absolutely brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. Their workmanship is extremely high and everything was finished off as agreed and before time! Unheard of! Utterly professional and all so nice! Before and after pictures below... what a transformation!

Our project was to demolish an existing single-storey extension, replace it with a larger one, and fit out a single garage to create an insulated space. Rich made sure that we were comfortable with the estimate and build process before starting work. He and his team were all friendly and good-humoured throughout the build. As with any large build, some additional issues were found with the house. Any extra work was fairly priced, and carried out well. We remained in the house during the works, and disruption was well within acceptable limits. Our neighbours also commented that disruption to them was very low. In short, fairly-priced, well-executed, friendly. A highly recommended firm.

Rich and his team have done an amazing job renovating our Apartment, it doesn’t look like the same place! From knocking out walls, new Kitchen, Bathroom, lowered all the ceilings for complete new electrics, underfloor heating, complete plastering they’ve done it. They have been accommodating even when I’ve changed my mind, super helpful and hard working. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have been a pleasure, many laughs along the way too. Can highly recommend. Thank you for making our new home perfect.

We used R Stokes Ltd to convert a tired and shabby lean to into a fantastic utilty room and shower room. Right from the first meeting they were in tune with what we wanted to achieve and they really delivered, we are delighted with the end result. They were polite, courteous, understanding, hardworking and came in bang on budget. Cannot recommend them highly enough, fantastic team of skilled people.
