Genie Solutions undertook a project for me in Spring 2015 that was quite tricky to manage, involving repairs to the polycarbonate roof of a utility room, replacing rotten timbers and manoeuvring in limited space. The workmen were efficient, polite and friendly, and cleared up thoroughly after them. The definitive test, however, has come with the heavy and unremitting rain of the last couple of months, and I am delighted (believe me!) to report that my utility room has proved completely watertight. I shall look to Genie Solutions in future, and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering having building work done.

£11,000 roof leaks like a sieve. Been chasing since January 2014. Paintwork on exterior woodwork peeled within one year.
