Bought a 6x8 shed from their Cadnam branch last year. Despite having a warranty, the company is completely uninterested in the problems we are having with the shed becoming very mouldy on the inside within just a few months. Been palmed off with excuses (“you need to install a vent, you just need to wash it etc”) and trying to pass the onus on to me for a shed that’s less than 12 months old. IF IT NEEDS A VENT TO STOP MY STUFF GOING MOULDY THEN IT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH A VENT. Abysmal customer service and very unprofessional. Total joke, will not be using them again.

The Fencing Centre - Dreadful Customer Service! I tired to place the order via the website but was asked to phone to get a price for delivery, whilst it was only a small order of £1000 I had the unfortunate pleasure of been put through to Clive, His lack of patience and interest was unbelievable! He was trying to rush the call, I was trying to be accurate about what I wanted to order, I told him on the phone to have more patience but this had no effect and his negative get the call out of the way approach continued, as it turns out they don't deliver to the midlands which is fine, just update your website and train your rude staff. I was happy to pay for a courier or arrange collection as I told rude Clive on the phone but due to the dreadful first impression I wouldn't give this company a penny.
